I designed a dummy axle holder for my frame building jig and I'm open-sourcing the files.
There are two seperate versions: one for Anvil-style rear dummy axles (like those made by Paragon Machine Works or Alex Meade Tools rear axles WITH a reduced centre), one for plain 3/4" dummy axles (like the Alex Meade Tools axles WITHOUT a reduced centre). Both versions should work with any jig based on Series 8 (80x40 mm) aluminium extrusions.
I'm not a mechanical engineer and I don't know how exactly you are planning to use them, so they may or may not work for you.
